A political science graduate (ScPo, Paris), Pierre Conte began his career as a journalist with RTL. In 1986, he joined the Expansion group, and then joined the Canal+ advertising department. In 1992, he returned to the Expansion group as deputy Managing Director (MD).
After a year with Emap (Mondadori), he became Chairman of IP France and deputy MD of RTL.
In February 2002, he became Chairman of OMD France (Omnicom).
In March 2005, he became Chairman of Publiprint and its subsidiaries, including Adenclassifieds. Also deputy MD of the Figaro group, he oversaw the group’s digital development.
He was appointed Chairman of the Adenclassifieds Management Board in October 2007.
Thibaut Gemignani (38)
Chief Executive Officer - Member of the Management Board
Thibaut Gemignani graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Rennes. After working in sales and management between 1996 and 1998 with Publiprint, he became the head of Cadremploi in December 1998. A pioneer on the online recruitment market, Thibaut Gemignani became an administrator of Cadremploi in 2000 and then CEO in 2002. Since 2006, he has been CEO of Adenclassifieds.
Jean-François Busnel (43)
Chief Financial Officer - Member of the Management Board
Jean-François BUSNEL, a graduate of the Paris Dauphine university and a chartered accountant, began his career in 1989 as an auditor for Salustro Reydel’s Media department. In 1995, he joined the Management Control and Strategic Planning department at the Europe 1 Communication group, and then joined StudioCanal (Canal+ group) in 1996 as financial controller. In 1999, he joined the M6 group as deputy CFO. At this position, he supervised M6’s 34% stake in TPS, becoming CFO of the latter in 2004. Since 2007, Jean-François was CFO of listed IT Services company Team Partners Group. He joined Adenclassifieds in 2008.
Laurent Chollat-Namy (46)
IT Director - Member of the Management Board
A graduate of the Institut National Polytechnique in Grenoble, Laurent Chollat-Namy has spent his entire career to date in the Information Technology and Information Systems universes. Development Engineer with Unilog in 1989, he became a consultant for Price Waterhouse Management Consultants and then Head of Media Applications for the football World Cup.
IT Director for Publiprint from 1998, he carried out a total overhaul of their advertising and small-ad management and production IT systems. Laurent Chollat-Namy has spent more than a decade working in the Media and Advertising sectors. He was appointed IT Director of AEGIS MEDIA France in 2005, and has taken up the same position with Adenclassifieds.
François Dufresne (47)
Marketing Director and Communication - Member of the Management Board
A graduate of the ISC (Institut Supérieur du Commerce), François began his career in advertising, notably spending 6 years with Young & Rubicam. François Dufresne then joined IP France, where he was Marketing Director then Deputy General Manager, before joining the NRJ Group in 2002 as Marketing Director in charge of the development and coordination of the Group’s Marketing policy on the Radio, Television, Internet and Event markets. He joined Adenclassifieds in January 2008 as Marketing Director and Communication.
Guillaume Teilhard de Chardin (42 ans)
Deputy Managing Director and Manager of the Property line - Member of the Management Board
A graduate of a Business and Management School (ESDE), Guillaume Teilhard de Chardin began his career with Publiprint's classified ads department in 1992, working in sales and management. Appointed Head of classified ads in 2000, he supervised the development of Réussir, a job offer supplement in Express magazine and Le Figaro, as MD of Zéfir Carrières, a company owned by the Figaro and Express-Roularta groups. He became deputy CEO of FigaroMédias responsible for Le Figaro's classified ads in 2008, and joined Adenclassifieds in July 2009.
Sylvie Chauvin (44)
Human Resources Manager
With a double Masters in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations from Paris 1 university and in Workplace Psychology, Sylvie Chauvin has 15 years of experience in consultancy agencies and Human Resources.
Sylvie Chauvin began her career as a recruitment consultant before moving to recruitment and career management within the PLUS group and then Bouygues Télécom, where she notably developed expertise in the recruitment of telecom and high-tech staff.
She then worked for a hospital, as Human Resources Manager and then as Deputy Managing Director.
She joined Adenclassifieds in March 2007, where she is currently the Group’s Human Resources Manager.
Matthieu de la Thébeaudière (35)
Recruitment Line Manager
Matthieu de la Thébeaudière graduated in International Marketing. He began his career with Ricoh France in 1998 and he joined the BtoB online classified ad universe at Jobpilot.fr as Group Manager, and then moved to France Soir in 2001 as classified ad and telesales Director. He joined Cadremploi in 2002, where he was Client Director then Sales Director. Within Adenclassifieds, he became Business Unit Director in October 2006 then Recruitment Line Manager in October 2008.
Stéphane Decagny (38)
Telesales Manager
With a Masters in Economy Science, Stéphane Decagny began his career with Décathlon. He joined the Figaro group in 2000 as supervisor of "Petites Annonces Téléphonées" (Small Ads by Phone). Two years later, he became Head of Telesales for Caradisiac and then for Cadremploi.fr. In 2005, he was appointed Head of Figaro's small ad direct sales for the Recruitment, Property, Vehicles and Good Deals segments. In July 2009, he was named Adenclassifieds' Telesales Manager.
Nadèje Fonrojet (34)
Training Line Manager
Graduating from HEC in 1998, Nadèje Fonrojet began her career with Corporate Value Associates, a strategy consultancy agency, before joining the Vedior France group in 2004 as Strategy and Development Manager. In 2005, Nadèje Fonrojet was behind the creation, within Vedior France, of the IMC (Institut des Métiers et des Compétences), a work-study centre that she took the helm of until December 2007. In January 2008, Nadèje Fonrojet was appointed Strategy Director for Vedior France, before joining the Adenclassifieds group in August of the same year as Training Line Manager.
Pascal Lasserre (35)
Deputy Recruitment Line Manager
With a Sales Management Masters degree, Pascal Lasserre started his career as Sales Engineer. For the last 10 years, he has been involved in the recruitment universe: in 1999, he joined the Michael Page International recruitment agency as Consultant, before becoming Executive Manager. He joined Adenclassifieds in 2006 as Regional Sales Director, becoming Deputy Recruitment Line Manager in October 2008.
Jean-François Rivassou (35)
Business Development Manager
After a first experience in the high tech sector in Singapore, in 2000 Jean-Francois joined French Venture Capital firm Banexi Ventures Partners (BNP Paribas group) as investment manager. Since January 2006, he has been in charge of external growth operations at Adenclassifieds. He is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines in Paris.
Stéphane Scarella (37 ans)
Property Line Manager
A graduate of the "Ecole Supérieure de Gestion" Management School in Paris, Stéphane Scarella began his career at Publiprint before moving to Explorimmo at end-2000. A specialist in online property, he became a Director of Explorimmo in 2001 and its CEO in 2002. In October 2007, he became Head of Recruitment at Adenclassifieds and then Head of Property Services in 2008. Since June 2009, Stéphane Scarella has been the Property Line Manager.
